This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Elevation Collective website and services (the “Services”), operated by Elevation Collective Co. (“Elevation Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.
By placing an order through the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Policy.
Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
We offer free cancellations on most orders before the order ships, provided the product has not entered production or left the warehouse.

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for a full refund.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, made-to-order, or built-to-specification products are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
These products are placed into production immediately upon ordering and are created specifically for you. If it is unclear whether a product is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before placing your order.
Warranty coverage applies to custom products as described on the applicable product page.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so, subject to manufacturer approval. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Returns
Due to high freight and LTL shipping costs:

All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Additional restocking fees may apply depending on the manufacturer
If you are exchanging a product for a different item, we may be able to assist with some costs depending on the product and supplier.
Shipping Times & Delays
Estimated shipping times are provided on individual product pages and are not guaranteed.

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days, depending on the product
Shipping delays caused by carriers, suppliers, weather, or supply chain disruptions are outside of Elevation Collective’s control and do not qualify for refunds.
Delivery Inspection & Damage Claims
You agree to inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted upon delivery

Photos and videos of damage, packaging, and SKU must be submitted within 24 hours

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for freight insurance coverage

Warranty Information
Warranties vary by manufacturer and are listed on individual product pages.
Warranty claims apply to defects that occur during normal use. Damage that occurs during shipping must be reported within 30 days of delivery and within the freight claim window noted above.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless otherwise stated on the product page:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping and re-consignment fees

Fees resulting from customer error (incorrect address, refusal of delivery, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility
Promotions (BOGO & Similar Offers)
For Buy-One-Get-One or similar promotions:

Both items must be returned to receive a full refund

Returning only one item qualifies for a replacement or store credit equal to the standalone value

Shipping and restocking fees may apply
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Manufacturer-Specific Policies
Individual products may have unique return or refund terms depending on the manufacturer. These terms will be disclosed on the product page and supersede this Policy where applicable.
Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving customer concerns quickly and fairly.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. Filing chargebacks without first contacting us may delay resolution and is discouraged.
